Get in Touch.

Working together we will meet on-site to create a brief, which will outline the scope of work, functional requirements, budget, site constraints, project programme and anything important to you.
I can then undertake site analysis to understand the building and planning constraints and produce a concept design by sketching out ideas. This is where the project begins to come alive and you can start to develop a clear vision of the project!
Concept + Feasibility.
Send me an email including the property address and a brief description of what you would like to achieve. We can quickly assess the project's suitability and provide free helpful advice from the offset.

Refined Design / Planning Submission.
Once a concept has been agreed we can develop a drawing pack of plans, sections, elevations as well as 3D's and a video fly-though of the agreed design. These drawings will be used for tendering building trades, we will also use them to submit a planning application if required.

Once planning has been approved I will further refine the technical detailing of the building, specify products, and create a set of working drawings for the builder to use.
Technical Coordination.

During construction I will be on hand to help resolve any queries the construction team may have and ensure the project is built in line with the key aims of the initial project brief. Once complete, the project can be handed over colncluding the works.
